“Front-loading washer was not completing the drain cycle. It beeped repeatedly and shut off rather than drain the wash water out. I was afraid there might be an issue with the pump.
Called Express and they sent out Martin. He got to the root of the problem in short order: a sock had somehow worked its way around the drum seal and was clogging the pump. He cleaned it out and had it running within a short time. No parts required. They have an Angies List discount.
